I pray everyday, fervently, that one day, you, fucking bastard jeremysinweisiang, will get AIDS...and so will that current SIM slut of yours, and the other SIM sluts whom you've slept with. I pray so earnestly, that one day, you'd be killed in a road accident. Or maybe have a disease that cause you to die so painfully and slowly.
But what do I get out of this? Nothing. Just heartache. And perhaps bad karma.
I've learn to depend on myself. Sad to say, I've given up religion and God. Don't know when I'll return to it again. But not soon. 'Cause I know even if I were to go back, I'll be tested and trampled again by God. I don't have stamina nor the strength. I'm afterall a human. Not an extraordinary one. But I know one day, this bastard is gonna have his desert. One day...I can't wait for that day to come. Karma.
I believe in karma. Hurt me some more! Hurt me to a higher degree! One day...you'd fall, way beyond what I've suffered. Your scar will be way uglier than mine right now. Sleep some more! Have more sex! Indulge in more flings. One day....one day...you'd get what you deserve...

Local Universities Ranking
Well hello. Recently, the results of the world's best universities came out. So, being very concerned about current affairs, I went to check it out. Over here, we see the World's ranking for top universities in the world. As you can see, Harvard, Yale and Cambridge, as usual, topped the chart again. Well like...duh!
Well, such schools aside. Let's just take a look at LOCAL ones in Singapore. Here's the ranking of National University of Singapore. Hmmm, not bad, still 30th!
Let's take a look at the rest...
ok....now...Nanyang Technological University...73rd. Not that bad! Still within the top 100!
Nice...and Singapore Management University?
Woots! Though a pretty new school, they manage to be the 89th best business school internationally!
Ok, let's not forget Singapore Institute of Management alright....afterall, they have been here since....1964? Should have some form of ranking right...let's check it out...
hmmm....top 500+++, dun have....SIGH...SIM WHERE ARE YOU? )):
even Chiang Mai Uni made it to the list!
Ok. After searching for a LONG time, NO SIM. So I figured, prolly because it is a private university, and hence no ranking...I think it's rather unfair to judge SIM based on the fact that it's a private university. Let's see the respective universities it's in collaboration with, ok?
RMIT... 223rd
There were so many UOLs...and so I just googled them all...164th for UOL no. 1!
316th for UOL no. 2!
And finally....361st for the last one..
Wow. Ok. NOT THAT BAD. SIM got a bit of standard, lar. 160th++ till 300++th...
More room for improvements! Which will take time...maybe in 50 years time, SIM might make it to the top 100 universities. Hey...even piglets take time to grow into pigs before they end up on your plate as pork chop, ok.
Ok. There you have it. The rankings of all the local (recognised) universities in Singapore.

sigh.
It's approaching the end of year 3 semester one, and I'm pretty glad. Besides thanking God I'm still alive and kicking, I'm pretty relieved of all the things that had happened so far are coming to an end. The crazy projects proposals, ideas and the actual projects, the separation, the hall 11 room, the endless pit of self-pity and emoness...
The new year is coming. I was working on a topic called Songkran festival for my Graphic Design III module. It's the Thailand official new year. It signifies a brand new start in life. With brand new goals, brand new faith, and brand new happiness per say. While working on this topic, can't help but cheer myself a lil along the way, that the official new year is coming, which may mean brand new life, and....brand new hopes. (: But how true it is, I don't know.
Glad some things went well, but generally this year sucked quite bad. If I ever provoked you in any way, or said things that hurt your feelings, on purpose or not, I apologise. I genuinely feel that these animosity should be resolved. But sometimes humans being humans, we tend to NOT forgive and forget. So *shrugs*. Again, sorry.
To some people out there, thank you so much. Along the way, we might have encounted frictions or whatsoever, but thankyou, you guys have given me some form of support or made me happy in some ways. So if your (real) name is here, you still hold a certain position in my heart. Irregardless or whichever positions you're in, you guys are equally special and you guys mean something to me:
Pravin
Buddy, thanks for being there. Thankyou so so much. No words can summarise my gratefulness towards you. (: Glad I have you by my side, happy or sad. It's such a pity that you're leaving for USA. ): I'll miss you. I'll miss all the lil fun that we had. (: I'll miss all the stupid things we've done. Haha. And I'll never forget your snort whenever you laugh hard. (: Once again, thankyou, my dear friend.

Things might have happened, but I'm glad we're still slurping ramen, throwing bean sprouts and sipping emoness in the middle of the night together! ((: Glad you are there, and I could be there for you as well. (: I really really had lots of fun with you and thank you for being so supportive of my work and helping me with all those concepts and crafts. Without you, I doubt I could even reach year 3 today. So...RAMENKBOXBKK soon. (:

LONG POST...not really.
EDIT: GAH. I can't blog at such hours. I have SO MANY TYPO AND GRAMMAR ERRORS! DAMN!
Hi. Was talking to Ah Char. I realise I work better under emoness and stress. Wasn't just for this semester. Tested and proven with the previous few. When that stupid ex threatened to break up a few times or when he tried to be mean to me when I was doing my final sem projects and papers. Dang that imbecile. Or...should I have him to thank? I cry into my notes, like my tears literally soaked my handwritten ones, causing ink blots all over. But hey...I scored better! Maybe this is what they call sadisticity forces.
To begin this entry. Here's a DSLR taken photo. Very crisp and sharp and good and.....(I could seriously go on and on). I WANT A DSLR. And...the flash of my stupid Lumix is spoilt again! Damnit. Ok...this Dec...Sintex. Anyway, back on track, I started borrowing the school's DSLR set recently and I've grown to love it! Still learning...and hopefully by next year, I can shoot awesome stuff. (:

I had the craziest week since last Monday. Chionged Illustration, Asian Film History final project, Graphic Design and Typography finals! And I've successfully finished Illustration and AFH! Yay! With pretty satisfying results, I'd say. (:
After the horrifying and almost body slamming Graphic Design critique with a renowned designer, Wee Chun, I decided to change my entire project concept and move on with a new one. Thank God for Ah Char who decided to chat with me till wee hours, we discussed not about the usuals, but about Songkran. *facepalmiknowright* We kinda talked about an idea that might work out and within the next week, I went full speed ahead with it! Never did such crazy things before. Have to say, I'm VERY VERY pleased with the results.
Went to print some stuff for illustration on Thursday with Nihongal. It started raining after we bought our papers from Fancy Paper, and the rain grew heavier. Yikes. And there were absolutely NO COVERED WALKWAYS to Peace Centre or Sunshine Plaza. There weren't much cab flow. Most of them were taken. And so the both of us looked like a pair of drenched chickens (luo tang ji), trying to flag for a cab to take us to our print shops.
Finally some cabs came. The uncle of the cab we flagged was damn nice. Didn't bother to collect all the extra cents. Rounded up the sum to a nearest (lower value) dollar! Went ahead to print our stuff. Some cock-ups. In the end spent 2 hours odd at the print shop getting our stuff done. Kenbab, Chiobu and Yucky (previously known as JC) decided to meet us for ramen dinner, which kenbab promised previously. Haha. But they took longer than expected to arrive. And so Nihongal and I decided to go indulge in the heavenly Rocher Tau Hueyyyyyy! (no pictures 'cos we were so hungry and the tauhuey+youtiao was damnnnnnn goooooooood).
After tauhuey, we popped over to Parklane Mall to wait for the Kenbab's merc to arrive. Decided to go to the arcade since we were pretty much bored. We saw this damn interesting interactive game! It's called Jungle-smth...but the game basically involves you shooting frogs that are in your way, paddle your boat in the amazon, drive thru some thick forest and zapping huge flies. Nihongal and I got hooked. Wanted to go for round 2 when Yucky called. Big sigh.
And FINALLY, FOOOOOOOOOOD! Went to Baikohken for some authentic Japanese Ramen. If you guys are interested you can email (funk26687[at]gmail.com) me for the address.

The corn shio ramen was DAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMNNNNNNNN GOOD! The rest couldn't stop drinking my stock. D: THE PORTION WAS DAMN HUGE! Nihongal, Yucky and I couldn't finish our bowls. Haha. But overall ITS STILL DAMN GOOD! Plus we had some corny time spent together. Happy.
After our meal, we walked around Boat Quay/Raffles Place area to find the nearest ATM. We came across this advert board. It looked like cheese to me...and so I said,
"WOAH...such a big piece of cheese!"
And Chiobu responded,
"And it's called Singapore..."
All of us gave the "EH?!" face until we went closer. The caption was "IT'S CALLED SINGAPORE." -.- DANG! WTH! HAHAHA. And so that night, Singapore was a piece of cheese and we were all corned. D:
Kenbab being awesome, he sent us all back to where we needed to head back to, Chiobu home and the rest of us back to school. So along the way.....(cred: Ken's iphone):

AHAHAHA! I love the ghostshots. (: Thankew Kenbab and the rest! Till the next ramen outing!
Well, after telling u all so nuch about my work, here are some of them! They are the ones that are going to be exhibited on the 26th Nov in ADM. If you are interested pop me a message, I'll let you know the details of the Vis Comm exhibition. (:
Below is my typography project. I designed this font called the "Yellow Brick Road" and this is how I used my font to design a poster.

Below is my much raved about Graphic Design project - Songkran REDEFINED, an exhibition of the Thai Waters. Five different panels. All representing different symbolism of water in the Songkran festival. But all join to form the most important symbolism - UNITY.

And so, while being very stressed, my lovely girl, Scriptwriter, came over to talk and cheer me up with her very pretty self on Saturday night (she just finished her company's DnD, so make up still on, clothes still very pretty and accessories still there).

Heh. Silly girl. Anyways, she gave me a few pictures to photoshop because I told her I relieve stress through photoshopping pictures. And...here, presenting to you....the pretty Scriptwriter!!
No. 1: The Qiongyao books Edition

No. 2: Flirty Dolly!

Haha. Love them both.
So ok, I need to hit my notes, Thanks for bearing with my angstroms for the past few entries and here's to more brighter ones.
And here's to you...slut, for getting together with that ex of mine.

And before I end, here's an artpiece by America's Next Top Model Cycle 12 runner-up, Alison.

biscotti, more beatles and some love
Hello. I'm very stressed now. 1 more day to Asia Film History Project due, 6 to Illustration, 10 to both Graphic Design and Typography. Fuck. I hear more money flying out of my pocket. T.T
Anyways, was at work on Friday. Help them design logo for their office magazine. It's called Bio Research Centre Digest.

I like the 2nd and the 3rd one.
Saturday had critique session in school for Graphic Design III. Comments for me....well let's just say I'm doing A WHOLE NEW THING WITH SIMILAR CONCEPT. (: Excited! Heh!
Well after that, rushed off to meet my darling from Malaysia, YY! Felt so bad for making her wait for me for 2 hours. Critique session took longer than expected. Met YY at ION ard 7ish. Treated my dear girl to Soup Spoon. Went over to Far East after that to get YY some new shoes 'cos the one she were wearing were falling apart! Poor girl!
We continued walking some more while YY went round looking for nice presents to bring back for her siblings and friends. Finally settled down at Heeren's Spinelli for some fruitti spin before the night ended. Took some shots with my photobooth and her phone camera!

My photobooth lagged...

PERFECT!
So before my dear girl go, she passed me her HOMEMADE BISCOTTI! AWWWW! Its really good. SO YY IF U ARE READING THIS...I LOVE IT! THANK YOU SO SO SO SO SO MUCH!!! ((((:
And so we walked towards Somerset MRT to send YY off. Went off to meet Prataboy after that for 2012. Was quite an interesting movie. Love the effects and all. Very nice graphics! Then Prataboy drove us to Changi Village to go see Meteors. BLASTED BEATLES FROM MY ITOUCH ALONG THE WAY! Love convertibles. They allow you to share your music and love with the rest of the world with the top down. Hahaha. Ended up not seeing any because it was SOOOO cloudy. Started drizzling. We then drove over to see some bapoks and OCH. Damnit. But along the way, we almost ran into an accident. THANK GOD He prevent our accident. AW MAN! But something unfortunate did happen to Prataboy's friends.

Sigh. Life is so fragile.
Spent the rest of the night discussing my new project with AhChar. Songkran, water and colours. THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU SOOOOO MUCH GIRL! Owe it all to you! You're such a gem! Gotta say I'm pretty excited for now. (:
OK. Meanwhile, gotta go.

while taking breaks in between
Can't focus. BAD BAD BAD. D:
Anyway, I manage to capture a screenshot of my post yesterday. Seemed like I was looking at me, VERY LOVINGLY.

Very rare screencap.
Anyway, I am currently working on my Mr. K Thali. Sigh. So clueless about what to do for the poster. D:

Was surfing the net, came across Dawn Yang's post. Lousy angle but great content. Haha. Spongebob and cast PLUS Beauty and her clock muffins and cakes! So want these for my next birthday. Haha.

Ok. Back to work.
(btw, I'm hooked on to Castrati music, esp. that song I intro-ed in my previous post, called Lacia Ch'io Pianga, which literally means let me weep...ITS ON LOOOOPPP!! I think I must be crazy. I EVEN WENT TO DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE MOVIE SOUNDTRACK! Gah.)
